1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Resonii you agree to these Terms and our Community & Child Safety Standards. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. One person should not impersonate another or create accounts to evade restrictions.
2. The service
Resonii helps adults discover profiles and communicate. Compatibility scores and Spotlight placements are discovery tools, not guarantees of a match, relationship, safety or response. Features, eligibility and availability can change to maintain the service and safety.
3. Your content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display and process it to run Resonii, including showing your public profile to other members as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have rights to upload your photos and messages. Do not post illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or non-consensual content; spam others; solicit money deceptively; or share another person's private information without permission. 4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Members can report and block profiles in the app. We may review content and accounts, hide a profile, restrict messaging, suspend access or delete an account when needed for safety, suspected violations or legal reasons. We can use automated signals and human review. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services; in-app reports are not an emergency service.
5. Premium and Spotlight purchases
If available, Premium is a recurring monthly subscription, and paid Spotlight placements are one-time digital features. The app will show the applicable price, currency, duration and renewal terms before purchase. Transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Resonii. Subscription management, cancellation and refund requests follow the applicable store's rules. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but generally does not immediately end a paid period. A Spotlight placement lasts for its stated duration after successful activation; availability must be confirmed before charging. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
6. Account ending
You may delete your account in app Settings or use the deletion help page. We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated violations. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel it in Apple or Google account settings as well.
7. Limits and changes
We work to keep Resonii available and safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific matches or the conduct of other members. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by another user's actions or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that law does not allow us to exclude. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated where required.
