Delete your
Resonii account.

You can start permanent deletion yourself inside the app. If you cannot sign in, we can help after verifying ownership.

In the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap the Settings icon.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Your profile becomes unavailable immediately. Server cleanup removes your Firebase login, photos, messages, support tickets and associated profile data, and sends RevenueCat a request to delete the linked customer record and purchase-management data. RevenueCat processes erasure asynchronously; failed requests stay pending and are retried without another sign-in. A minimal account-ID cleanup marker becomes eligible for scheduled removal 30 days after local cleanup and acceptance of the RevenueCat erasure request (or confirmation that the customer is absent). Anonymous financial totals may remain without your account ID. Provider logs and backups follow their retention rules; store purchase records remain with Apple or Google under their own policies.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@resonii.com from the address associated with your account and say that you want to delete it. We will verify ownership before acting. Do not send your password or verification code.

Deleting the Resonii account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple or Google account to stop future charges.
